In Washington State, where I live, humidity comes from the clouds sometimes requiring bumbershoots, usually not.
I am in Charlotte NC for a conference this week. The humidity here is sneaky. It doesn’t come from the clouds. Somehow it appears under your arms, on the back of your neck, or pools in your shoes. What magic is this? How do people live with this? In Seattle when it is 3000% humidity you need a boat. Here, people just walk around, and I need a shower every other hour.
Otherwise, lovely place. Nice friendly folks.
I’m not bringing any humidity home with me, these folks can keep it.
